Made out of high-quality Styrofoam may show slight visible pockets. All letters are sent unpainted unless discussed and quoted before order is received.

Custom Orders are non-refundable or returnable after purchase. Customer has 1 hour after purchase to cancel as production can begin immediately to ensure shipping deadline.

Discounted orders cannot be used with an Etsy or any additional discounted coupon. Order will be refunded (if necessary).

Letters are Unpainted but may be painted with any acrylic or latex paint with a roller or hand brush. DO NOT spray paint as harsh solvents in hard enamel paints will melt the material.

All of our letters are custom made and freestanding with a flat top to hold a clear acrylic top (not included). Acrylic top can be purchased at any home improvement store.

We precision cut these letters which means letters with openings like A, D, B, O (examples) will have a cut seam to get to the center.

Partysigns is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to “incorrect shipping address”. Customer is responsible to verify all information is correct on invoice order prior to shipment. If packages are returned customer will be notified on additional cost to re-ship.
